Cancellation requests for the 2019 Traffic Records Forum (TRF) received prior to July 1, 2019 will receive a full refund. A $75 penalty will be assessed on all cancellations postmarked or e-mail dated between July 2- August 2, 2019. No refunds will be made after August 2, 2019.
THERE ARE NO REFUNDS ON ATSIP MEMBERSHIP DUES.
FAQ’s About Refunds
- Is there a cutoff date to request a refund? Yes; no refunds will be made after August 2, 2019.
- When will I receive my refund? Refunds may take up to 4 weeks to process.
- How to request a refund? All requests for cancellations must be submitted in writing to: ATSIP | P.O. Box 745 | Nolensville, TN 37135-0745, or emailed to firstname.lastname@example.org. No telephone cancellations will be accepted.
- Can a registration be transferred? Registrations may be transferred to another person in your organization by request, to request a transfer please contact Kellee Craft at: Kcraft@tsass.com.
In the event that the Traffic Records Forum is cancelled (in whole or in part) by the ATSIP, the hosting state due to strikes, acts of God, national emergency or other causes beyond our control, this agreement shall terminate, and the said registrant shall and does hereby waive any claim for damages or compensation against the Association agents or employees, except the pro rata return fee paid after deduction of the pro rata actual expenses incurred by the Association in connection with the Traffic Records Forum. There shall be no further liability on the part of either party.
